I think that overall the anatomy is okay except for his hips which are a bit large.

Nice little details. I think Captain dynamite should have something that makes him stand out tho otherwise he gets lost in line work. Maybe you could give him a bright color or outline?

Like the colors and background. I think it would help if Black Lightning's knees were bent and his feet were at an angle, but otherwise is a solid piece of work.
